  1. Fees
    • All fees are fixed and before Goods & Services Tax (GST) at 7%. For foreign attendees, GST is zero-rated i.e. no payment of GST is needed.
    • USD1 is approximately SGD1.34 (as of 23 Mar 2021). You may refer to OANDA Currency Converter for exchange rate(s)

  2. How to Register (Opens 18 May 2021)
    • Log in/Create user account with your email and password here.
    • Click “Meeting Registration” on the left menu to register and pay fees

    2.1. Registration confirmation is subject to payment being received. Once payment is received, the transaction records can be viewed / printed online.

    2.2. Authors/Presenters
    • Authors with accepted abstracts must register their meeting attendance by 05 Oct 2021
    • Each registration covers ONE presentation only.
    • By default, the registrant is deemed to be the presenter. This can be the author or a co-author of the abstract.
    • Abstracts whose authors do not register to attend the meeting risk being withdrawn.

  3. Payment Methods
    Meeting Matters International Pte Ltd is the conference management company.

  4. Cancellation / Withdrawal / Refund Policy
    It is applicable to any purchases, including conference registration, optional items, etc.

    4.1. There will be no refund for registration withdrawal/cancellation by authors. A substitute may be allowed provided such a request and particulars of the substitute are received by Secretariat Office before 04 Oct 2021.

    4.2. For NON-AUTHORS, no refund for notice received after 04 Oct 2021. For notice received before 04 Oct 2021, an administration fee of SGD80 applies.

  5. Enquiries & Assistance
    Any payment related disputes/queries and chargebacks will be handle by Meeting Matters International Pte Ltd.
